This conference brings together academics, practitioners and advocates to engage in discussion about the current tensions and contradictions within the context of globalization. Issues of global governance, the functioning of international institutions, and gender and development, as well as questions about financial instability, trade, increasing poverty and inequality, global cities, and resistance provide compelling entry points for deliberation.
The conference is free and open to the public.
